Sunday Stealing: The 11/11 Questions Meme

It has been a very long time since I've participated in this, but today I felt like doing more on here than occasionally checking in and posting a review or giveaway once in a while. So, here we go!

What is your favorite possession? Um ... that's a toughy. Probably my computer. Or my iPhone. Or the iPad ... Do I have to pick a favorite?

Do you like to read? If so, which books do you love best? Um, YES! I own, operate, and write all of Proud Book Nerd. As for types of books, it really depends on my mood. So long as it's well-written and interesting, I'm usually happy.

Do you have any pets? Yes. A beagle, Sawyer. And three cats, Zeus, Huckleberry, and Jasmine.

What was your favorite food as a child? Is it the same now? Um ... probably macaroni & cheese, but I'm not sure. And, no, it's not the same. Now I love Alaskan King Crab.

What is your favorite thing about blogging? I know I don't use this blog often, but it's fun. With PBN (linked above), I love the community of fellow book bloggers. And reading and sharing my love of reading with others. Really, it's my involvement and commitments with that blog that makes me so quiet around here.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be? Near my family, meaning my parents and my sisters. I don't care where, so long as they were nearby – and my family (meaning husband and kids) were still with me.

What is your favorite number? 3

Which of these things would you find hardest to give up for a year? Chocolate, reading, coffee or smoking? Reading. No question there. And not just because of PBN. I don't drink coffee. I don't smoke. I do love chocolate, so that would be tough, too. But, not reading would be much, much worse. Heck, maybe giving up chocolate would mean I finally lost some weight! ;-)

If you could make your life into a movie, what would you name it.. and who would you want to play you? The Boring Movie? I doubt my life is exciting enough to warrant a movie! ;-) So far as actresses, I'm partial to Sandra Bullock or Anne (or is it Ann?) Hathaway.

If you had £20,000 for a shopping spree, what would you buy? I have no idea how much that would be in American dollars, but hopefully enough to pay off a little debt. Then, something for the kids.

If you could eat lunch with one famous person, who would it be? I used to always say Amy Grant, but now I'm not so sure. Maybe one of the authors whose books have recently touched my life.

If I had to have lunch with an author, I would go back in time and have lunch with S.E. Hinton... Loved your answers! Have a great week!

Mac and cheese, a childhood favorite, I liked the boxed kind and wouldn't eat the great homemade kind that I like now.

Are you in my head?? LOL! --- Love Mac & Cheese!! You have to see my blog! It had to be Kraft Mac & Cheese the one with the can inside (not the powder packets) now they use packets with the cheese they used to put in the can.

Instance 2 - LOVE Amy Grant. Have since I was a freshman in high school.

and lastly...did you name Sawyer after Lost? If so..I LOVE me some Josh Holloway. You will see him all over my blog too. LOL!

Happy Sunday!!! :)

Jodi ~ LOL Great minds think alike, right? ;-) Well, Lost was part of the inspiration for Sawyer. But it also was because of Huckleberry. Think Huckleberry (Finn) and (Tom) Sawyer. It just seemed silly to name a dog Tom! ;-)

Banker ~ Yup. That was my favorite kind, too. Now, I much prefer homemade, too!

Lance ~ Thanks so much! :-)

Smelly ~ I have only had mine for a few weeks now, but I was pretty much hooked from the moment I first started setting it up! ;-)
